• Aviiid Third-age Living (A3L) Investment Management (ABN 85139510044) provides active investment portfolio management services across the senior housing and care sectors. 

• Aviiid Securities Limited (ABN 89139510062) is an Australian Financial Services Licensee (AFSL 341713) pursuant to section 913B of the Corporations Act 2001.

• Aviiid Ideas and Aviiid Design (ABN 87139510053) undertake consumer market research, cultivate innovation development ventures and deliver local market solutions for residents and their families to enhance well being, community engagement, environmental sustainability and long-term economic value using best practice architectual philosophy, environmental planning, technology integration and operating efficiency systems in the senior housing and care sectors.  

We have also created The Aviiid Foundation (ABN 37140752816), which inspires Australians to think differently about ageing and the aged. 

Aviiid is privately held, with a majority shareholding retained by its founding executives who are joined by a growing team of like-minded colleagues committed to making a difference.
