If assets match overall investment guidelines for a particular fund, the Investment Committee may consider authorising extensive property due diligence, legal due diligence and commercial market analysis. Only on satisfaction of all acquisition criteria would the Investment Committee consider recommending purchase of assets to the Trustee of an investment fund. These approved assets form the proposed investment portfolio and are then subject to further mandatory independent bank valuation prior to any acquisition approval.
